He is a former Defense Attaché in Australia, Director of Evaluation, Development, and Education at National Security Agency. and Vice Chief of Armed Forces Headquarters Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS). His background also includes 10 years as a senior engineering project leader managing over 100 engineers in three Indonesian EPC State-Owned Companies.  In this capacity his accomplishments include delivery of high quality design and performance projects such as PT Arun LNG Plant, Tangguh LNG 1&2, Balongan Refinery Hydrocracker Compressors, 100 MW Sei Gelam Wärtsilä Gas Engines PP, 56.6 MW PLN Talang Duku GTG PP, PLN 100 MW Gorantalo 4xTM25 GTG PP, PLN 650 MW Muara Tawar add-On, PLN 777 MW Tambak Lorok CCPP and several other initiatives including renewable energy power plants.
